Jones Beach is apart of a major migratory pathway--the Atlantic Flyway--and we get a front row seat to the migration of hundreds of different bird species! Celebrate migration at Jones Beach! Make a craft, learn to use binoculars, and join our lawn games!

Activities:

All activities will take place between 10:00am-3:00pm

Passive Crafts and Game Room (All Ages)

• Channel your inner creativity to make some nature inspired crafts of dragonflies and binoculars then take part in our array of coloring sheets!

• Engage in a variety of indoor games such as Jenga, Magna Tiles, and more!

Bird Walk (Recommended Ages 7+)

• Walk down to the birding platform with an educator and keep an eye out for migrating birds, binoculars and field guides provided!

Lawn Games (All Ages)

• Join us for cornhole, ring toss, chalk art and more while enjoying our scenic views on our back deck!

Outdoors/Indoors?: Indoors and Outdoors.

Weather: In the case of inclement weather, all activities will be indoors.
